Halcyon Law was founded by Edgar Barraza to provide effective, business-minded legal guidance with the flexibility of a digital firm. Edgar combines his substantial litigation and appellate experience with proactive general counsel insights to enable his clients to build and focus on scaling their ventures. The firm also advises on emerging legal issues in artificial intelligence, its deployment, and responsible use.
